Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Two Step Sites ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Public business info used to build previews: business name, address, phone, hours, services, and content you've published on your website or public social pages. We do not scrape or store Google Maps listing data.
- Business contact emails that are publicly published, used to send a small number of messages about your preview.
- Info you give us: your name, email, and anything you send through our form or by email.
- Payment info is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Server logs: our web host and network provider record standard request data (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our main pages use self-hosted fonts. Our sample/concept pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
How we use it
To build and send your preview, reply to you, deliver services you buy, bill you, and improve our work. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Every email we send includes a way to opt out. If you opt out, we stop within 48 hours and keep your address only on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.
Sharing
Only with service providers we use to run the business (e.g. Stripe for payments, our email provider, our hosting provider), and only as needed — or if required by law.
Retention
Unclaimed previews and associated notes are deleted within 30 days. Client records are kept as long as needed for the service and for tax/legal requirements.
Your choices
Email hello@twostepsites.com to see, correct, or delete what we have about you, or to have a preview removed.
