Refund Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026.

The short version

You see your site before you pay. Because of that, most people never need a refund — but if it doesn't work out, here's what happens.

Website ($497 one-time)

• Before launch: if, after the two included rounds of changes, you're not happy with the site, ask within 14 days of payment and we'll refund 100%. We take the site down and you keep nothing from us.
• After launch: once the site is live on your domain at your approval, the fee is non-refundable — but we'll still fix anything we got wrong at no charge for 30 days.

Care Plan ($39/month)

Cancel anytime. We don't refund partial months, but if we failed to deliver something included that month (for example, an edit request we missed), tell us and we'll refund that month.

Google Business Profile Glow-Up ($149)

Full refund if we haven't started work. Once edits are submitted to Google, it's non-refundable, since Google's review is out of our control — but we'll redo anything Google rejects.

Domain fees

Domain registrations are paid to the registrar and generally can't be refunded by us.

How to ask

Email hello@twostepsites.com with your business name. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
